Madhumita is a passionate and ambitious women entrepreneur. Her
passion for new & evolving technology led her to start her second venture ObenEV.
Prior to Oben, she founded IPexcel in 2016, a Global Technology Research and Advisory Organization, which is today a self-funded, profitable, Multi-Million Dollar revenue business catering to Fortune 500 Organizations, MNC’s and Technology Start-ups across 10 countries.
She is an IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bangalore Alumna and has been recognized by both IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bangalore for her entrepreneurial journey. She was awarded the “Young Achiever’s Award” from IIT Kharagpur and “Rising Stars Award” from IIM Bangalore for her contributions to IPexcel and her business acumen in 2019.

Dinkar is an innovator & a second time entrepreneur. In his previous
role, he has continuously worked for 4 years with multiple stakeholders in the EV value chain & supported their innovation related activities. Such experience in the EV domain led him to take to the next step of co-founding Oben EV.
Prior to Oben, he co-founded IPexcel in 2016, a Global Technology Research and Advisory Organization, which is today a self-funded, profitable, Multi-Million Dollar revenue business catering to Fortune 500 Organizations, MNC’s and Technology Start-ups across 10 countries.
He is an IIT Kharagpur Alumni and has previously worked with General Electric and holds 5 patents as an inventor.

Aditya has a 360 degree experience of developing, manufacturing and
selling 2-wheeler EV’s in India. Prior to joining Oben EV, Aditya Co-Founded Lithos Motors, which developed an innovative electric 2-wheeler from scratch for B2B market and sold multiple units in the market. It was later Aquired by UTL Technologies.
Aditya has been awarded as Young Entrepreneur of the Year award by Indian Achievers’ Forum & Government of India. He has also featured in ‘Top 10 Most Influential Leaders in Automotive Industries of India – 2020’ by one of the most prestigious C-suite Executive Magazines of the World – CEO Insights.

Sagar is an enthusiastic intrapreneur with expertise in electric motors,
CAD modelling and Vehicle Integration of Electric Vehicles.
Prior to joining Oben EV, Sagar co-founded Greenvolt Mobility, where he developed a last mile connectivity electric 2-wheeler for use by delivery executives. Although, he has moved on, Greenvolt mobility is still in business and is making strides in the B2B through electric vehicles.
